There are two ways to search for a product 1) Item Number & 2) Description. The preferred and recommended method is by item number.

1) Click on Advanced Search in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If you do not know the exact item number you can use the * as a wild card. For example, if you want to search for an F10 PLY 626 but aren't sure of the finish, type F10PLY* and a list of items will display giving all available finishes for the F10 Plymouth Passage Lock.

2) When searching by the HSI item number, do not enter any spaces, punctuation, or other special characters. All item numbers contain only letters and numbers.

          Example”F 10N PLY 626" would be F10PLY626

                        "5023.112.PASS" would be 5023112PASS

3) You may check item availability at all HSI locations or in a particular branch. Once you have searched on an item and the item is displayed, click on Calc Qty  under Qty on Hand. If you want to see the quantity available in a specific branch, select the location from the drop down list on the left side of your screen and click Calc Qty again. The updated value will display automatically after checking the database.

4) To check the pricing of an item, search for an item number. The list price is given as well as your discounted unit price.
